The ROTEXMotion Floor Model has been scientifically proven to dramatically increase range of motion in the hips. It also strengthens the hip rotator muscles, providing more stability throughout the entire range of motion. This is extremely beneficial in sports, especially those that involve high speed rotational movement such as golf, baseball, softball and tennis.
